Malzer operated a juice bar within their store that no longer reflected the quality of the wider business. Faced with declining use and a need to refresh the offering, the decision was made to transform the space into Malzer Matcha. The new concept aimed to create a more relevant and appealing experience while aligning with the overall brand values.
